Certification for Limited Assistance Representation.
Recent changes made by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial
Court have enabled the Law Offices of Attorney Susan Klueppel to be certified
to offer you Limited Assistance Representation for legal issues within Hampden,
Norfolk, and Suffolk Counties for divorce, custody, support, will contests,
guardianships, and other probate and family court matters. Our special certification
permits us to offer you legal services on a limited basis, allowing
you the ability to better control your legal expenses. We currently
offer the following services on a limited basis:
- Assistance in paperwork filing
- Coaching for litigants who choose to represent themselves
- Representation of clients on one or two issues only
- Representation of clients for only one day or one event (for example, temporary orders or pre-trial hearing)
- Negotiation and review of Agreements without the filing of a general appearance
Please note that if you are represented in Court on a limited issue or for one day, a Notice of Limited Appearance will need to be filed with the Court, followed by the filing of a Withdrawal of Limited Appearance.
