Recent changes made by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court have enabled the Law Offices of Attorney Susan Klueppel to be certified to offer you Limited Assistance Representation for legal issues within the entire Commonwealth of Massachusetts for divorce, custody, support, will contests, guardianships, and other probate and family court matters. Our special certification permits us to offer you legal services on a limited basis, allowing you the ability to better control your legal expenses. We currently offer the following services on a limited basis:

Please note that if you are represented in Court on a limited issue or for one day, a Notice of Limited Appearance will need to be filed with the Court, followed by the filing of a Withdrawal of Limited Appearance.
